Channel Executive
Requirements:
Male/ female max 30 years old
Min. bachelor degree, preferably in IT
With min. 1 year sales/ marketing/ business development experience
Highly experience in developing business partnership and marketing channel
Aggressively, honest, proactive with self-motivation
Excellent presentation and computer skills
Accomplished interpersonal and communication skills
preferably living in northern Jakarta and surrounding areas
can speak English ( active/ passive )
good team player
excellent time management and ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
Plans. Develops and coordinates all marketing activities such as product branding and company sales objectives
Manages existing customer and helping sales manager to develop new potential customer
Responsibilities to execute and evaluate marketing tactical include following consumer pulse, feedback and analysis
Provide report to sales manager
Develops and maintain relationship with existing customers and principals

Admin Support
Requirements:
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Type correspondence, reports and other documents
Maintain office files
Open and distribute the mail
Take minutes at meetings
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system

Technical
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent/professional qualification in Information Technology
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply as well.
Ability to do troubleshooting for computer-related issues
Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Android
Knowledge in PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card Printer technology will be an advantage.
Candidates must be willing to commute between sites.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the setup, configuration, installation of updates and software for PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card Printer and peripherals
Remote and onsite support for issues arising from the VOIP equipment and our call recording system.
Provide first level IT support for PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card Printer users.
Carry out regular maintenance of computer resources and report defective items for replacement.
Preparation of technical reports and any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
