- Manages existing customer and helping sales manager to develop new potential customer
- Responsibilities to execute and evaluate marketing tactical include following consumer pulse, feedback and analysis
- Provide report to sales manager
- Develops and maintain relationship with existing customers and principals

Job Requirement:
- Diploma or equivalent/professional qualification in Information Technology
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply as well.
- Ability to do troubleshooting for computer-related issues - Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Android
- Knowledge in PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card Printer technology will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to commute between sites.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the setup, configuration, installation of updates and software for PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card Printer and peripherals - Remote and onsite support for issues arising from the VOIP equipment and our call recording system. - Provide first level IT support for PDT, Barcode printers and ID Card Printer users. - Carry out regular maintenance of computer resources and report defective items for replacement. - Preparation of technical reports and any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
